Silicone J-6000 is a specially designed organic silicon coating auxiliary, based on the twin surfactants of the silicone. It has excellent surface wetting ability and anti-shrinking hole effect. It also has special structure. Compared to the traditional polyether organic silicon moisturizer, it has a certain degree of anti-bubble performance. This brings great convenience to the design of the coating ink formula compatibility.It can replace TEGO TWIN 4000.

Application:
Silicone J-6000 which can effectively reduce the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, so it can improve the wetting of the substrate and effectively prevent the shrinkage of the foam caused by the foaming agent in the pollutant or coating formula. It is different from the traditional polyether modified organic silicon surface moisturizing agent. This additive has a certain elimination of water in the water body shape, so that after adding the additive, it will not destroy the foam control of the system. This aid is recommended for all water-based coatings and inks, and can also be used for solvent-free, solvent-shaped coatings and inks.
