China's Titanium Dioxide Import & Export Data for April 2026 Released

China exported approximately 193,500 tons of titanium dioxide in April 2026, a month-on-month drop of 3.98%.

Titanium Dioxide Imports

Customs statistics show that China imported 5,053.29 tons of titanium dioxide in April 2026, falling 23.29% year-on-year and 14.72% month-on-month.

The imports included 2,597.04 tons of chloride-process titanium dioxide and 2,456.25 tons of sulfate-process titanium dioxide.

From January to April 2026, the total import volume stood at around 20,600 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 24.67%.

Chloride-process titanium dioxide imports reached 12,759.80 tons, down 19.32% year-on-year.

Sulfate-process titanium dioxide imports amounted to 7,862.13 tons, declining 31.98% year-on-year.

Titanium Dioxide Exports

China's titanium dioxide export volume hit about 193,500 tons in April 2026, rising 30.73% year-on-year while slipping 3.98% month-on-month.

Sulfate-process titanium dioxide exports were 157,000 tons, edging up 0.09% month-on-month.

Chloride-process titanium dioxide exports totaled 42,800 tons, dropping 16.02% month-on-month.

The cumulative export volume from January to April 2026 reached 730,300 tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.53%.

Sulfate-process titanium dioxide exports registered 551,700 tons, up 5.88% year-on-year.

Chloride-process titanium dioxide exports stood at roughly 178,600 tons, surging 39.63% year-on-year.
