Silicone SWET-6100 is a specially designed silicone coating additive based on a dual surfactant of silicone. It has excellent surface wetting ability and anti shrinkage effect. Due to its unique structure, which compared to traditional polyether organosilicon wetting agents, it has certain defoaming properties. This brings great convenience to the design of coating ink formulas. It can replace TEGO TWIN 4100.

Application:
Silicone SWET-6100, this additive can effectively reduce the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, so it can improve substrate wetting and preventing shrinkage caused by pollutants or defoamers in coating formulations. Different from the traditional polyether modified silicone surface wetting agent, the auxiliary has certain defoaming property in the water-based body, so that the addition of the auxiliary will not damage the foam control of the system.
This additive is recommended for all water-based coatings and inks, as well as solvent-free, solvent based coatings and inks.

Storage and Transportation:
1. Storage environment temperature: 5 °C to 40 °C, stored in dark, ventilated, and dry conditions.
2. Under the original condition, the factory warranty period shall not be less than 24 months.
