DP-0904 S is suit for polar and non-polar systems. Activity for the most part independent of the binder. For systems based on alkyd,epoxy, epoxies, acrylic resins, PUR, polyesters and vinyl compounds. It can replace Disposner 904S Elementis.

Application:
Suit for ready paint, epoxy paint, polyester / melamine, acrylic / melamine, alkyd / melamine, 2K
polyurethane, gravure printing inks / screen printing inks
Organic pigments : 2.0 - 5.0% based on pigment.
Inorganic pigments : 0.5 - 3.0% based on pigment.

Key Benefits:

1.Highly effective in preventing floating of titanium dioxide pigments in paint formulate- ions also containing colored pigments.
2.Prevents hard settling deposits when basic pigments and carbonate fillers are used.
3.Very effective flow promoter and eliminates surface disturbances in the film.
4.Functions independent of the binder system to a very great degree, allowing a wide range of use.

Processing Instructions:

1.Incorporated before grinding, dispersing with pigment.
2.For post-additive use, it is useful for corrections at this point. In this case,the amount to be used is 0.1% to 1.5%, based on the total formulation.
3.Please check the optimum dosage and test compatibility before use.

Storage information:
Product has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of delivery and under the condition, that it is stored in factory-packed containers and protected against extreme weather conditions,particularly against heat and cold. The optimum storage temperature is in between 5°C and 40°C.
