DF-3800 is a highly potent defoaming agent based on polyether siloxane technology.

Effective inhibition of micro-bubbles especially for the solvent-free systems.

Recommended for screen printing ink; epoxy floor; unsaturated polyester system, UV ink, etc. It can replace Defoam 6800 Elementis.

Application:

As supplied calculated on total formulation: 0.2 - 1.0 %. Suit for: solvent type and solvent-free type, containing pigment system.

1. Very effective for anti foams, especially for high pigment content and high viscosity formula
2. Especially recommended for screen printing ink; epoxy floor; unsaturated polyester;UV ink, etc.

Processing Instructions: Stir before use!
1. Please add before grinding or stirring for the best effect
2. In the transparent system, please check for its compatibility
3. Due to the high solid content, it can be diluted to 10-30% in advance and added with hydrophobic particles.

It is recommended to add them as soon as possible after dilution.

Storage information:
Product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of delivery and under the condition,

that it is stored in factory-packed containers and protected against extreme weather conditions, particularly against heat and cold.

The optimum storage temperature is in between 5°C and 40°C.
